Job Overview 
Our client, a leading catering and hospitality company in London, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and development within the company. 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients in the catering and hospitality industry. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and services
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Managing contracts and negotiations with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance and revenue growth
- Ensuring all client information and data is accurately recorded and maintained in the company's CRM system

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. In addition, the following qualifications and skills are required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management in the catering and hospitality industry
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed
