Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions
- Take and process guest reservations and requests
- Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Set up and maintain event spaces for meetings and special events
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic computer systems and software
- Food safety and alcohol service certifications may be required
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
